We, at SDG, are grateful to each and every patient who trusts us with their healthcare needs. Thank you for allowing us to care for you and your families. In this season of Thanksgiving, we also want to give that same care to our employees, who work diligently to provide the highest level of care for each of you. Please see our Thanksgiving hours below. We will reopen on Monday 12/1/25. For emergent needs please seek care at your nearest ER or Urgent Care.
