“The Rock” gets it too! Amazing testimonial for Manual Therapy techniques for all you “candy asses” out there!
First time cupper over here 🙋🏽♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.
Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.
We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

Get Your Oil Changed!

Lately my body has been communicating with me that it needs more T.L.C than just the mobility and Myo fascia release work I can do on my own.
-
To remedy these issues with some careful research I found FLEX Fitness and Rehab. Today we attacked my entire left side of my upperbody and it feels amazing! So amazing that what seemed to be my better side now feels horrible. We’ll be addressing that next week.
-
After having work done by other professionals in the past I can hands down say Sam Lickteig exceeded my expectations and is the best I’ve had so far.
-
Sam is an all around good guy, professional, and very knowledgeable in our field of health, fitness, and performance!
-
I will be going back next week to have the other half of my upper body done then onto some other areas that need some work. Then the plan will be to see him monthly and or as needed for maintenance to keep performance and recovery high.
-
If you don’t see someone who specializes in therapeutic Myofascial release techniques or body work and are someone who values recovery and performance, I highly recommend using Sam or finding your Sam!
-
NOTE: this is not massage therapy as there will be some pain and discomfort! Just as the old saying goes though “NO PAIN, NO GAIN”! Embrace the short term pain for long term relief!

Shoulder pain got you down?!?! Its amazing what a little tape can do to take the edge off, it's like an adult band-aid for pain :)
Neuro sensory stimulation with the skin can help trick the brain to thinking the injury is feeling better so you can avoid muscular compensations. Who woulda thought?
Just in a days work! Did you know that shoulder dysfunction can be some of the reason why you have neck pain? Try cupping, and soft tissue techniques to help increase blood flood to help restore stability to the body.

IASTM is relatively gentle and has been found effective for use after acute injury for ligamentous injuries. Our specially techniques use the instruments, which vary in shapes, sizes and brands, to comb over and isolate dysfunctional tissue.
The instruments are not meant to replace our hands, but rather enhance his or her ability to detect adhesions and soft tissue restrictions. The technique combines the use of the instruments to treat the targeted tissue, reducing symptoms associated with the restrictions enough to allow participation in an individualized plan of care.
