Step 1: Spray Plaine Products Hair Repair paying special attention to ends, this is a great detangler (and can second as a heat protectant and helps reduce split ends), and protects your hair from breakage when brushing.

Step 2: Use a dropper sized amount of Liv Holistic Hair Serum, apply to hair line and down the part and massage it in. Let it sit for 30 minutes before showering.

Step 3: Shampoo! I use Plaine Products shampoo, it’s sulfate free so lather before applying to your scalp. Just rub hands together with a bit of water and it’ll get nice and sudsy! Aloe is the first ingredient which is so great for your scalp, and healthy scalp = healthy hair!

Step 4: Conditioner! I like to wring out my hair from the ears down before using my fingers to comb Plaine Products conditioner through. I let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing out.

Step 5: Hair Tea! This is a blend of rosemary, peppermint, and clove brewed as a tea that I spray in my hair daily. It’s great for growth and strength.

- 1/2 C witch hazel
- 1 C water
- 10 drops peppermint oil

Combine in a spray bottle, shake, and spray on screens and window sills!
