- 1/3 C Castile Soap
- 10 Drops Lemon Oil

Mix together in a bowl and use as a simple, nontoxic soap scum remover!

Did you know…..

If you combine:
🙌🏼2 tbsp 91% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol
🙌🏼2 tsp distilled water
🙌🏼¼ tsp vegetable glycerin
🙌🏼10 drops lavender essential oil

You’ve have just made your own hand sanitizer!

Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle, shake before using, and let your hands dry after using!

If you’re feeling congested, whether it be allergies or a cold - this rub will be your bestie.

First, either make or melt down my DIY “Vaseline” recipe:

- 2 Tbsp beeswax
- 1/4 C coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp castor oil
- 20 drops Liv Holistic Lavender Oil (optional)
(Combine beeswax and coconut oil in glass bowl, melt by creating a double boiler, take off heat and stir in castor oil and essential oil)

Then, combine to the mixture:
10 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
5 drops of Lemon Oil
5 drops of Peppermint Oil

Apply to chest as needed! 💚
