📍 Office Location Options: Autumn View in Hamburg or Chautauqua Nursing & Rehab in Dunkirk
💰 Pay: $26–$27.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential (3–11pm)
🗓 Schedule Options:
– Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm
– OR Four 10-hour weekday shifts, 12:30pm–11pm
