We had such a special visit from members of Girl Scout Troop 34706 who stopped by to create decorative rocks that will be placed in our Butterfly Garden next year. 🎨 The girls visited the facility in June to create the garden as part of their Bronze Award. 🦋

Our residents loved seeing their enthusiasm and teamwork, and we’re so grateful for their continued dedication to this meaningful project.

🇺🇸🎖️ Honoring Our Veterans at Autumn View 🎖️🇺🇸

Residents, staff, and families gathered at Autumn View Health Care Facility to honor our Veterans during a heartfelt ceremony. A special thank you to Retired Marine James Murtha for assisting Administrator Michelle Kraus in presenting certificates of appreciation to our heroes.

The ceremony featured moving music by Robin Miller and Ken Farrell, including the playing of taps. Employee Kat Pieri, whose husband is currently deployed, and Director of Activities Amy McKnight shared inspiring words, along with Hamburg Town Councilwoman Beth Farrell Lorenz.

We are deeply grateful to all who served and those who continue to serve. ❤️🤍💙
