Good morning!

I want to share with you a process that typically stays hidden from patients. I beg you to scroll through this. Imagine figuring this out for yourselves. There is no training for this kind of paperwork in our education. (We are brushing up on our algebra from middle school!)

This is the paperwork for one insurance company with over 25 different plan groups
each with their own set of unwritten rules.

They communicate by portal, chat, fax, email, call, or mail. Each have their own requirements that we have to figure out when you hand us your card.

Please ASK YOUR PROVIDER about the health insurance companies they prefer to work with.

I love my patients and my job. I do not want to reject your insurance and I don’t plan to. We work for free a lot because of this intentional scam.
