Fall into Health šŸWord of the Day: Disc Herniation

A disc herniation happens when a spinal disc shifts or bulges, putting pressure on nearby nerves. This can lead to sharp back or neck pain, numbness, tingling, or even pain traveling down the arms or legs.

Chiropractic care can help by gently improving spinal alignment, reducing nerve pressure, decreasing inflammation, and restoring better motion. We also use supportive therapies to help the disc heal and get you back to moving comfortably.

šŸFall into health Word of the Day: SI Joint

SI (sacroiliac) joint pain often shows up as sharp or aching discomfort in the lower back, hips, or even down into the legs—and it can make walking, standing, or sitting for long periods miserable.

At Bell Chiropractic we can help by improving joint alignment, reducing inflammation, and restoring proper motion in the pelvis and lower back. We also support SI joint stability through corrective exercises, stretches, & soft tissue work for long-term relief.

šŸŒ€ Word of the Day: Decompression

Spinal decompression gently relieves pressure in the neck and lower back, helping with issues like herniated discs, sciatica, pinched nerves, and chronic tension. It’s a great option for patients looking for relief without surgery or downtime.

If your back or neck has been giving you trouble, decompression can help restore comfort, mobility, and better function so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.
