We are seeking a Connecticut-licensed APRN with experience or strong interest in integrative and functional medicine to join our team!
The role focuses on patient screening, patient consultations, clinical oversight, and collaborative input on treatment protocols.
This is a part-time position with both weekday and weekend requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telehealth consultations for patients to review medical history and determine eligibility for services.
• Assess for contraindications and approve patients for treatment under standing orders.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on protocol development and treatment customization.
• Provide medical oversight for the team, ensuring safe and compliant patient care.
• Stay current with best practices in integrative and functional medicine.
Qualifications:
• Active Connecticut APRN license in good standing.
• Eligible for independent practice (3 years / 2,000 hours post-licensure preferred).
• Experience in primary care, urgent/critical care, cosmetic injectables, or functional/integrative medicine strongly preferred.
• Professional, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• Malpractice insurance coverage (minimum $1M/$3M policy).
