Developmental Disabilities Nursing Service Provider. We provide Developmental Disabilities Nursing services and support for your nurses. Nursing is our Passion.

Our team of nurses provides caring support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and the nurses who support them. Residential Nursing: Our team of nurses provides caring support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and those that support them. Staff Training: Through teaching and support, we work to empower your team to be more confident in the care they provide. On-Call Nurse Triage Solution: Give your nurse their nights, weekends, and perhaps their sanity back. Allow them to relax and recharge while our team of Triage Professionals provides your residential staff support and guidance. DDN Consulting offers two different services to support nursing agencies:

On-Site Nursing Support - Our talented and passionate Nurses work at partner locations to oversee the care of individuals using our systems and processes. Our partner agencies provide residential and day services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. These agencies outsource their nursing responsibilities to us so they can focus on what they do best. After-Hours Nurse Triage - We provide after-hours on-call service to Agencies that employ their own Nurses. Give your nurse their nights, weekends, and perhaps, their sanity back. Allow them to relax and recharge while our team of triage professionals provides your residential staff support and guidance. DDN Consulting was founded by nurses who spent decades working with people with Developmental Disabilities. DDN has been focused on providing nursing and support for nurses in a Developmental Disabilities setting for over 15 years. Our founders set out to improve Nursing for people with Developmental or Intellectual disabilities. They believed the best way to accomplish their goal was to focus on developing nurses. The DDN On-Call Solution lets your Developmental Disabilities Agency Nurse shut off their phones to get well-deserved rest. Each day our team of Triage Nurses begins taking calls at 5:00 pm and continues taking calls from your agency until 8:00 am. The On-Call Team is available 24 hours per day on Weekends and Holidays. Your fully rested Nurse returns to work at 8:00 am and can review progress notes from the previous evening. https://ddncs.com/

Working for DDN Consulting is incredibly rewarding. Our nurses provide case management services in group home settings, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. They also train and support group home staff members. Every day brings something new, and the work is consistently meaningful and fulfilling.

One of the things I truly appreciate about working as a nurse with
DDN Consulting is flexibility. Having a schedule that doesn’t require late nights during the week, which means I can actually say yes to things like a sip-and-paint class with friends. That work-life balance makes a difference, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy what I do.
