Combining her experience as a trainer with years as a practitioner of power and Vinyasa flows, this marks her debut as an instructor in the yoga space — blending the foundations of yoga with strength training.

As a certified personal trainer (NASM CPT) and stretch therapist (CST), she prioritizes proper form and safe movement, creating classes that are supportive, effective, and accessible for students of all levels.
