❄️ BIG STORM = BIG SPEECH FUN! ❄️

Looks like winter decided is going to show off this weekend! While the snow is falling and the wind is howling, it’s the perfect time to sneak in some speech practice at home.

Try this stormy fun:

☃️ Say “snow, slide, sled, storm” 5 times fast

❄️ Describe what you see outside using BIG words

🧤 Practice “s” and “sh” sounds with snow, scarf, shovel

A little winter magic makes speech practice even more fun!

Stay warm, stay safe, and keep those sounds strong! 💙

As we kick off the new year, here are some easy speech & language tips to start strong:

⭐ Talk it out – Narrate your day! “We’re putting on shoes!” “We’re pouring the milk!”

⭐ Slow it down – Model calm, clear speech (kids copy what they hear!)

⭐ Read together daily – Even 5 minutes makes a BIG difference 📚

⭐ Turn play into practice – Games, puzzles, and pretend play = speech gold 🧩🎲

⭐ Consistency is key – Regular sessions lead to the best progress 💙
