This month's team member spotlight is Jole! đ There are some people whose quiet strength and steady compassion make the world around them gentler, kinder, and more grounded. Jole Stepfon Thomas is one of those rare souls. Jole has been part of the Azelea family for about six years. Working in the Environmental Department, he brings not only a strong work ethic but also a genuine love for the residents. His care is evident in the way he moves through the halls and makes life better for those around him. Outside of work, Jole enjoys art, loves playing video games with his son, and often dives into new topics on YouTube, always eager to learn something new. Jole is more than an employee; he is a blessing to our community, a devoted father, a loving partner, and a man whose compassion shines in everything he does.
