Build Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison between our world-class lab and healthcare providers.
Educate & Solve: Train clients on new testing menus and collaborate with senior leadership to develop winning retention strategies.
Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor presence to keep MDL at the forefront of the industry.
Who You Are:
Experienced: 1–3 years of successful customer service (bonus points for a BA/BS or Medical Assistant certification!).
Driven: You possess high integrity, infectious enthusiasm, and the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written skills and are a pro at building long-term rapport.
Mobile: You’re ready to hit the road within your territory and occasionally travel nationwide.
