We are open at half capacity currently. We are spacing appointments out to decrease the number of people in the office at all times. We are wearing masks and require all visitors to wear one as well. Temperature checks are done at the door, which is kept locked so we don't have overflow in the waiting room.

We are disinfecting after each patient is seen. Disinfectant is used on all blood pressure cuffs and furniture as well as door handles and other areas and items that another person may come in contact with.

We are doing everything possible to maintain your health and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

If you are NOT feeling well, have a cough, fever, loss of taste/smell, or diarrhea please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment. This also applies if you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID 19 or has an active infection.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe office for all! We appreciate your understanding and assistance with these requests

As always, if you have questions or need assistance getting into our office, please call us.

Thank you again!

Due to coronavirus, covid 19, we have implemented a number of changes to help keep everyone safe,

Dialysis patients: Please continue dialysis, it is imperative to keeping you healthy! Each unit has their own protocol, however, if you feel sick PLEASE call the unit and let them know before going to your treatment.

Office patients: We are seeing everyone via telehealth right now. Anyone who comes to the office, for whatever reason... we are limiting the number of patients in the office to 2 Our door is locked and when you arrive and ring the bell, we will come out and take your temperature and ask you screening questions in the lobby. If there are more than two people already in the waiting room we will ask you to wait in your car and call or come to get you when we have room. We are disinfecting everything after each patient and this takes some time as well.

Please understand that these are necessary precautions that we are taking. Many of our patients are at a higher risk, and we must ensure that everyone is safe.

Please stay at home at all times unless you ABSOLUTELY need to be out. We are available by phone, messenger, and email. Thank you in advance.
