My Open Heart says THANK YOU to all of you who participated in our Ceremonial Cacao Meditation and Sound Bath last night! What a Beautiful group of Light and Love around our circle! We learned from the Cacao Spirit to Be the Gratitude, not just be grateful but actually Being the embodiment of Gratitude in our everyday lives! And our beautiful Lotus Meditation which teaches us to Live our Life in Full Bloom! So keep planting those new seeds rooted in love and create away! We will see you soon for the next Sound Bath!
