We are the cat’s MEOW! 🐾😻 Sometimes life is a jungle, but our residents had a paws-itively wonderful time at Kitty Brew Cafe — lounging, laughing, and cuddling with their furry friends. It was a PURR-fect afternoon! ☕🐱

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear — and our Hamilton Show Choir will do just that, along with a Christmas Quartet performing during dinner! 🎶🎅

Keeping the Employee Recognition vibes rolling this week! Let's talk about our Town Hall in November! 🥳

Here at Team Gateway, we believe in transparency! Twice a year, our Executive Director Kiya hosts a mandatory town hall meeting with the campus!

We go over our Employee Satisfaction Survey Results as well as our Customer Satisfaction Survey Results.

This time, Kiya had a surprise up her sleeve at the end and set up a "Make The Walk" ceremony for any employee who had a specific honorable mention on the Customer Satisfaction Survey! 🤗

It is such a tremendous honor when both our residents and families of residents take the time during their survey window to mention and recognize those who they feel are exceptional at what they do. We do not take that honor lightly, and we had to take this opportunity to celebrate our amazing team members! 🤩

Customer Service means everything to us here at Gateway Springs. We appreciate all of our residents and families for taking the time to let us know how we are doing! 💙

ER3 celebrations are a unique part of our company culture. These events are held monthly with varying days and times to include all departments and shifts.

We believe that making time to celebrate our teams accomplishments both professionally and personally is crucial and goes straight to the heart of retention.

A time was had in November! 🥳

Every month, Team Gateway Springs hosts a Blue Badge Bash! 💙

Blue Badge Bash is a monthly gathering for all of our latest hires within their first 6 months of employment.

During this period, we focus on your learning and showing you the Trilogy Way of clinical excellence, customer service and overall support in creating the best environment possible for our residents well-being.

We take this time to get together to enjoy some food and conversation. We also focus on one of Trilogy's many incentives that they offer us employees and then open the floor to any questions or just be there for any support you may need!

Novembers theme was" New Friends giving" and we all left full of new knowledge, new-found connections from a sister campus and of course, full stomachs! 😋

🥓 Brunch will start promptly at 11am and end at 1pm.
🎟️ Every resident gets TWO free guest tickets. Additional brunch tickets are $12.50/ticket.

Our Angel Tree was unveiled on Sunday, November 16th during our Sunday Brunch Social! Each tag represents a resident and their holiday wish. We invite families, friends, and community members to pick a tag and help make this season bright.
