✨ Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) + Gua Sha ✨
Looking to release tension, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural healing process? IASTM and Gua Sha are powerful, results-driven techniques designed to do just that.
Using specialized tools, these treatments gently glide over the skin to target restricted fascia, break up adhesions, and stimulate circulation. The result? Improved movement, reduced pain, and faster recovery.

💆‍♀️ Benefits include:
• Decreased muscle tension & stiffness
• Improved range of motion & flexibility
• Enhanced circulation & lymphatic flow
• Reduced inflammation & pain
• Supports injury recovery & scar tissue remodeling

🌿 Great for:
• Chronic tightness (neck, shoulders, back, forearms, knees)
• Athletes & active lifestyles
• Post-injury or post-surgery recovery
• Headaches & tension patterns
• Anyone feeling “stuck” or restricted in their body

You may notice light redness or “sha” after treatment—this is a normal sign of increased circulation and typically fades within a few days.

✨ Your body is meant to move freely—let’s help restore that flow.

Transparency is important to me, so I wanted to share a quick note about massage pricing. 💜

On my booking site, services are listed as “Starting At” prices. For example:
60-Minute Massage
Base Price: $90.00
Sales Tax: $5.85
Credit Card Processing Fee (3.5%): $3.98
Total: $99.83

I completely understand that the total being $9.83 more than the base price can feel frustrating. Please know that the sales tax and credit card fee go directly to the state and the payment processor — not to the massage provider.

Unfortunately, the booking system only allows services to be listed this way, rather than showing the base price plus tax separately upfront.

I also want to be transparent that the base service price does not account for many behind-the-scenes costs that providers pay each month, including:
• Booking software
• Rent
• Utilities & Wi-Fi
• Cleaning supplies or services
• Massage tools and supplies
• Continuing education and licensing

My goal is always to provide exceptional massage therapy at an honest and fair price.

If you ever have any questions about services or prices please do not hesitate to ask!

Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting a small wellness business. 💆‍♀️✨

A Love Letter to My Calling
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Dear Lymphatic System,
From the moment I learned your elegant dance of vessels, fluids, and subtle rhythms, I was captivated. Three years ago, I began my journey as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and every day since, my love for this work has only deepened.
Becoming an MLD therapist wasn’t just a career move, it was discovering a purpose I didn’t realize I was searching for. You are subtle, the whisper of flow, the quiet hum of immunity, the unseen guardian of wellness. Working with you is fascinating, humbling, and endlessly inspiring.
I love how you respond to gentle, intentional touch; how a light, rhythmic glide can awaken pathways, ease congestion, and invite calm. I treasure witnessing the transformations in my clients: the softened expressions, the deeper breaths, the stories of restored comfort, renewed energy, and improved quality of life.
And this love is grounded in science. Research shows that Manual Lymphatic Drainage can:
💚 Support immune function by helping the body clear waste and mobilize immune cells.
💚 Reduce swelling and inflammation, especially after surgery or injury, improving comfort and recovery.
💚 Enhance lymph circulation, decreasing fluid buildup and supporting skin health.
💚 Activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.
💚 Help manage swelling and discomfort.
Seeing lives change is the greatest gift. Whether it’s relief from chronic swelling, easing post-op discomfort, or simply feeling lighter and more at ease, it fills me with gratitude every single day.
Thank you, dear lymphatic system, for your quiet complexity.
Thank YOU to every client who has trusted me on their healing journey. And thank you to these three beautiful years of learning, growing, and loving what I do.
Here’s to many more years of gentle touch, deeper understanding, and celebrating health, flow, and wellbeing.
With warmth,
Your Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist

This video walks you through simple self–myofascial release techniques using a foam roller to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from a frozen shoulder.

Slow, intentional pressure helps hydrate the fascia, reduce restriction, and invite more comfortable movement back into the shoulder—right from home. ✨

Remember: this work should feel therapeutic, not painful. BREATHE, move slowly, and listen to your body.
Consistency + gentle care = progress.
Save this video, try it out, and give your shoulders some love today 💙
