This guy. When Jon came to me in 2022, he struggled to get 10 at 135 on the BB Bench. I can remember how frustrated he was with himself - I was almost too afraid to say something 😅 A few months ago he maxed out at 240 # for a 1RM on the bench. Tonight he repped out the 90s for 10. Your progress is astonishing Jon!

DON'T LISTEN TO OTHERS. If you are a female above 40, stop listening to others telling you you WILL loose muscle and you WILL gain weight during pre-menaupause. I'm so proud of you Liz - you have proven them ALL wrong! My client Liz lost 37 lbs bodyfat + didn't loose any muscle! It took a long time, and it was a hard road .... but Liz never stopped!
