Lunchtime Yoga Flow

Lunchtime Yoga Flow Come feed your soul and move your body over the lunch hour at the YWCA. Slow down, tune in and reset for the second half of your day in this 45 min. class. Hi!

This class is open to people of all experience levels. Beginners and newbies welcome! Plenty of variations and modifications are offered to make the class adjustable to your abilities and needs. Come for the yoga, stay for the wonderful community! Only $5/class! First class is FREE! Schedule:
Monday: 12:15-1:00pm
Tuesday: 12:15-1:00pm
Friday: 12:15-1:00pm

What to bring?

-comfortable/movable clothing

Where in the Y? Classes will be held in the auditorium on the main floor with a carpeted floor. On occasion we will meet in the gymnasium when the auditorium is occupied. Who am I? My name is Hillary. I live in Oxford, OH. I graduated from Miami University in 2015 with my Bachelors of Science in Public Health. I completed my yoga teacher training at Miami University and am registered through Yoga Alliance. I currently teach yoga at the REC Center and Root Yoga in Oxford, OH.

Thank you to everyone who came out to yoga at the YWCA last month. I met some wonderful people through this experience in Hamilton. Unfortunately I am cancelling the class due to low attendance. Once again, thank you for all the love and support!
