✨Offerings to the Goddess of Gratitude – We’ll invoke the presence of the Divine Feminine, offering our intentions and thanks to the goddess energy that nurtures and sustains us.
✨Gratitude Writing– Decorate your own journal (we provide)! Reflect and write down everything you’re grateful for, from the everyday blessings to the profound.
✨Sound Journey – Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing instruments to align body, mind, and spirit.
✨ Circle Sharing – If you feel called, share your gratitude with the group and receive the collective energy of support and love.

What you need:
Dress comfortably and bring any blanket or cushion for extra comfort. Let’s come together to celebrate the beauty of fall, the power of gratitude, and the magic of the goddess within.

You’ll be invited to tune into your body’s messages, honor what is ready to be released, and set a soul-aligned intention to carry into the sound healing. Expect light movement, stillness, and sacred symbolism—all held in a safe, nurturing space.
