Great news, Issue 1 has passed! 🎉 Butler County voters have spoken, and they've chosen to continue supporting the seniors who need us most.

This victory means the Elderly Services Program (ESP) will continue serving more than 4,000 older adults, helping them remain safe and independent in their own homes.

A heartfelt thank you to our LifeSpan team. For months, you've championed this levy with the same dedication and passion you bring to the seniors you serve every single day. Your unwavering commitment made this possible. We see the profound impact you make on thousands of lives, and now our community has affirmed its support for your vital work. You should be incredibly proud.

This is what happens when we unite around our mission. Today, we celebrate not just a levy passing, but a community standing together to protect its most vulnerable members.

Congratulations to you all—and especially to the seniors of Butler County who will continue receiving the care they deserve.

Issue 1, the Butler County senior services levy, overwhelmingly passed Tuesday night, according to unofficial final results from the Butler County Board of Elections.

Butler County seniors are voting YES on Issue 1 on November 4! Join them in supporting our older adults in the community.

Butler County's Senior Services Tax Levy is the primary funding source for the Butler County Elderly Services Program (ESP). ESP helps more than 4,000 seniors in Butler County get care in their homes, instead of in a nursing home.

Community First Solutions participated in both the Butler County and the Montgomery County Alzheimer's Walk. Each walk reminded us why we do what we do to support families, raise awareness, and champion hope for a future without Alzheimer's.

This morning we dedicated our new Addie Cullen Mission Award Display and honored our inaugural recipient, Yvette Lampley!
Just as Addie Cullen gave her home nearly 100 years ago to serve older adults with dignity, Yvette carries forward that same beautiful spirit every day.
City of Hamilton, Ohio Mayor Pat Moeller joined us to recognize Yvette's outstanding dedication to our community.
