At The Lodge Activity Center, we’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join us as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)—supporting individuals with a range of needs, from simple to more complex.

📍 Location:
1390 Eaton Ave.

💼 Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
💲 Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience, discussed at hire)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)

✅ Requirements:

* Valid driver’s license
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to pass drug screening
* Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks
* Pass a physical & lift 50+ lbs
* Comfortable pushing wheelchairs & driving vans

🧩 What the role includes:

* Assisting with lifting, toileting, and feeding
* Planning and leading daily activities
* Driving clients to and from programs
* Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Completing daily documentation
