A few rules so everyone can enjoy their sauna sesh!

Yeah, you have to remain clothed. Wear your gym clothes, or you’re welcome to change into one of our comfy complementary robes!

If the sauna is busy, limit your session to the customary 35-45 minutes. Feel free to stay longer if you have it all to yourself!
🔥
If you’re a Sweaty Betty, sit on one of the complementary towels provided for you.
🔥
Don’t feel the need to fill the space with small talk. Most folks like to close their eyes and relax quietly.

Don’t like sharing? No problem! We offer private sauna sessions for only $20. Call or text 706-888-5444 with your desired time and program, and we’ll reserve the sauna and get it preheated for you!
