❤️February is Heart Month!❤️We at Agape care about your heart health.
We are offering a ❤️screen in the month of February for some heart health markers. The cost is $55.00 cash or card.
It includes:
1. Blood pressure and pulse check
2. A lab test to screen for high cholesterol, kidney disease, liver disease, blood sugar, and others.

Patients age 18 and older.
No insurance will be filed.
