Our daily practices promote continuity of care between our providers and other care teams. We believe that coordination of care is a vital component to continue on your road to greater health. Our GreenLight specialist's focus on providing aftercare services for all of our patients including:

• Arranging follow-up visits for patients and notifying them about it
• Giving aftercare instructions to outgoing patients
• Recommending a proper medication regimen for patients, if necessary
• Referrals to specialists
• Relaying lab and imaging results
• Completing patient forms and work notes
• Assisting with authorizations for medications, treatments and outside referrals
