Purdue University Northwest Community Counseling Center Providing quality, affordable counseling services to individuals in Northwest Indiana and surrounding communities. They can be reached at 219-989-2366.

Graduate candidates of the CACREP accredited Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling and the ICAADA Addictions counseling programs use their skills under the supervision and training of licensed professionals and faculty. Services adhere to the American Counseling Association professional Codes of Ethics and standards of practice. The Community Counseling Center offers short-term individual counseling for adults and children. Issues commonly presented include:

Anxiety
Depression
Grief/Loss
Drug or alcohol
Identity/ sexual orientation
Trauma survivors
Coping skills for life events

We are unable to treat individuals diagnosed with serious psychological disorders. Please note, any current Purdue Northwest students will be referred to the Purdue Northwest Student Counseling Center to receive services. Family and couples needs will be referred to the Couple & Family Therapy Center at Purdue Northwest.
