February Sunday Meditation

We will take time to practice techniques that connect our mind and body, strengthen our focus, and cultivate both inner and outer presence.

Please join us from 9-10:30 am on Saturday morning (2/14) for a gentle, loving start to your Valentine's Day. We will guide you through relaxing yoga poses supported by props and aided by gentle adjustments. This class will help ease tension, bring you into connection with yourself, and help you find your center of love, peace, and joy.

NEW CLASS Find Your Strength in Resistance Thursday Mornings 9:00-10:00 . In this class we will be creating movement for life, focusing on increasing strength and mobility for active longevity, using a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and Resistance Band Weight Training for low impact bone, skeleton, joint, and tendon/ligament strengthening.

Coming soon! Saturday morning (8:30-9:30am) strength and mobility classes🙌

Beginning on February 8th, we will spend 6 Saturdays building strength and mobility in a fun, fast-paced class that will get your heart rate up while helping you find greater physical potential. Each week we will learn new foundational movements that build on the previous week; these movements will support you in maintaining ease of mobility while building sustainable strength. Today is the perfect day to learn new things!

We will incorporate asanas, yoga inspired movement, a bit of calisthenics, and some good ol’ laughter to help us start our weekends off with inspiration.

Join Gwen and Tony tomorrow Saturday, December 14th from 4:00 - 7:00pm for FREE Open Studio Wreath Creation and Printmaking.

Drop in when you’re available to create your own holiday prints and natural wreaths with evergreen boughs and natural materials gathered from the woods and fields around Hammondsport.

This is the same evening as Christmas in the Park. Keuka Peaceful Roots is a great place to stop and warm up! Bring the whole family!
