🪺 Introducing The Nest Collective 🪺

We’re so excited to share that the Nest Lactation has grown into something bigger, warmer, and more inclusive. With the support of our community, the providers we work alongside, and the families who’ve made this space their own, we are rebranding as The Nest Collective. 🥹🪺

Our new name reflects what we’ve always dreamed of creating — a collective of care, connection, and community.

We’re also moving just a few steps away to our new home at:

As we prepare for this transition, we’ll be sharing sneak peeks of the new space. We’ll be ready to welcome you by October 1st, ensuring a smooth flow of consultations and groups you’ve come to rely on.

We’re excited to welcome you into two intentional, connection-focused groups at The Nest Lactation—each designed to support you and your baby at different stages of early parenting.

Latch & Learn

A casual, drop-in group for families with older babies who are sitting or crawling and still receiving breast or bottle feeds. Whether you’re working through feeding challenges or just looking for reassurance, this group offers a warm, supportive space to ask questions and connect with other parents.

Who it’s for:
Parents of sitting/crawling babies still receiving breast or bottle feeds
What to expect:
Feeding support, weight checks, expert guidance, and peer connection in a relaxed, come-as-you-are environment

Foundations First

A guided group with a focus on functional development, therapeutic tummy time, and nervous system support for both baby and parent.

This group blends movement-based techniques with bodywork-informed education to support your baby’s early development and help you feel more confident in your parenting instincts—all within a calm, supportive community.

Parents with babies 4wks- crawling
What to expect:
• Therapeutic tummy time practices
• Movement and positioning techniques
• Sensory and nervous system regulation
• Gentle developmental support
• Connection with other new parents

Starting this September, Anessa will be offering functional and therapeutic classes in our cozy space. With her warm, compassionate spirit and expertise in pediatric occupational therapy, she brings a heart-centered approach to supporting babies and families.

We’re SO excited to bring occupational therapy to The Nest as a valuable new resource for our families. Anessa’s work will help support milestones, feeding goals, sensory needs, and so much more.

It’s been too long since we opened the office for a celebration! Come see us on May 17 at 11am to celebrate your motherhood, The Nests 3rd birthday, the beginning of summer, and everything else! Refreshments and good company will be abundant.
