Breakfast at my house today was all about protein power 💪🥞

As a health and life coach, I’m always looking for ways to start the day with foods that support energy, muscle recovery, and fat loss — and this one is a winner!

My Protein-Packed Breakfast Recipe:

🥣 1 cup liquid egg whites
🥄 1 tablespoon protein powder
🍁 1 tablespoon maple syrup
🫐 1 cup blueberries

Top it with:
🧈 1 tablespoon butter
🍁 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Nutrition Breakdown:
🔥 486 calories
💪 65.2g protein
⚡ 50.2g carbs
🥑 11.9g fat

This breakfast keeps me full, fueled, and strong for the day ahead. Protein in the morning helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce cravings, and support lean muscle.
