Mornings can either create stress… or build resilience.

I don’t move through my morning on autopilot. Every part of my routine is intentional because it prepares my body, calms my nervous system, and sharpens my focus before the day asks anything of me.

I start by stretching on my yoga mat to wake up my muscles, protect my joints, and improve mobility so my body moves with strength instead of stiffness.

My morning shake fuels my cells and keeps my energy stable instead of spiking and crashing.
