🌟 Most of us only have a vague sense of the beliefs that run our lives 🌟

What beliefs, old and new, run your life?

In what ways are you working to learn more about your governing beliefs and rewrite your story line as needed?

Lean into this uncomfortable, only what is revealed can be healed.

“Light cannot exist without dark. To deny your own darkness is to deny yourself. To embrace and embody your own shadow will only shift and evolve your relationship with the discomfort of your shadow and the shadow of the collective”

Words have powerful energy attached to them. This is often because of our association to those words. We have the power to rewrite these associations and habits.

With this new year why not try to challenge the voice and thoughts that feel unsettling to you.

⭐️ It is hard, but I can do it

⭐️ I’m not sure how, but I can learn

⭐️ This feels scary, but I am strong

VALIDATE the discomfort. ACKNOWLEDGE the difficult. REINFORCE your ability so the thought ends with an open door and not a closed mind.

✨I choose to release the tension, fear, negative belief, and heartache of this year. I choose to no longer carry those beliefs that feel unhealthy for me. I choose to take even just one step forward into love, light, happiness, and health. ✨

What will be your intention moving forward?

Setting boundaries with family members can be incredibly difficult and often times I find my clients aren’t sure how to even begin.

Here are some great ways to address setting new and healthy boundaries for yourself.

This is a tough time for everyone. Being disconnected from your day to day routines and social life can be incredibly impactful on a person. Always try to keep in mind that we are all in this same boat experiencing the same disconnect. It is normal to feel unsettled with a sense of things being out of your control.

If I can offer any thoughts or recommendations I would say try out some of these:

* Create a daily routine- wake up, school/job work, lunch, etc. It will be so very important to keep some consistency and normalcy to your days. Although watching an overload of Netflix can be fun but only in moderation.

* GET OUTSIDE EVERY SINGLE DAY. Even when it's pouring?? YES! Even if you have to bundle up and grab an umbrella. Take several deep breaths and allow yourself to be connected to the world outside of you. This could even take you just 2 minutes, out of 24 hours, you've got the time.

* Stay connected to others through facetime and video chat if you can. Just simply seeing someone else's smile and feeling that bond to someone else will fill your soul. Never underestimate the power of a conversation.

* Check on someone you know. For some people, many people, this is a really hard time. There are fears of food, health, and well-being. The very things we base our entire life decisions off of are being rocked upside down and hanging in the balance of this virus with no answer as to when normalcy will return. Check up on one another... wave at someone walking by.. spread some love

* Make a list of things you may have thought about wanting to do but "never got around to it". These next several weeks will be daunting without ways to keep yourself busy. Why not start small to at least start somewhere?

* Oh and wash your hands

“We can’t escape pain; we can’t escape the essential nature of our lives. But we do have a choice. We can give in and relent, or we can fight, persevere, and create a life worth living, a noble life. Pain is a fact; our evaluation of it is a choice.” ~ Jacob Held
