A neurologist has opened a new clinic in Jacksonville after his previous employer closed its practice suddenly in late November.

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Taravath will be seeing patients in our office every Thursday, starting next week. He is a highly experienced pediatric and adult Neurology specialist with over 40 years experience in his specialty. His new, independent practice, Brain Matters Neurology, is located in Jacksonville, NC but there is such a need for neurology in this area that he has agreed to see patients, that might not be able to travel to Jacksonville, right here in Hampstead. This is such a wonderful addition to the medical community in this area and we are really looking forward to having him here in our office with us once a week.
