Red, white, and brew. 🇺🇸☕️
It’s 7:00 a.m. on the Fourth of July, and while the fireworks haven’t started yet, I’m driving home from an overnight and will return tonight, offering the kind of freedom that really matters after birth.

Because freedom in postpartum means having the space to rest, to heal, to bond… without carrying the weight alone.

Here’s to independence—and interdependence. To the brave work of becoming a parent. And to all the families finding their rhythm with a little extra support.

Did you know this little one’s tummy can hold about one teaspoon volume at a time? Her anatomy is still developing for eating outside the womb. For these reasons, smaller more frequent feedings are important to keep her comfortable and limit spit up. Also, when bottle feeding, choose the slowest flow tonic natures flow rate. These first days are demanding but the sweet baby snuggles are priceless. ☀️
