Today marks one year since we opened our doors to provide primary care and urgent care to the Sneads Ferry community. We are incredibly grateful for every patient who has trusted us with their health, every family who has walked through our doors, and every kind word that has kept us going.

"With 15 years in healthcare, I’ve been with Coastal Carolina Care since day one, opening our doors alongside Carrie in 2020. In my role overseeing day-to-day operations, I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes patient experience, where we all work together to make sure each patient feels valued.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my spouse of 22 years and our two adult children. I love playing pickleball, relaxing at the beach, and tuning into a good podcast. Being part of Coastal Carolina Care is truly rewarding, and I’m grateful to contribute to such a positive, patient-centered environment every day."

Welcome Kristen Wilson, PA-C!

"With a decade of experience in healthcare, I’m passionate about making a positive impact in our community. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Health and Human Services and then completed my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, also at ECU. Go Pirates!

I grew up in rural Western NC, and before starting this new role, I spent 10 years working in various emergency departments in Eastern NC and urgent cares in Wilmington.

I met my husband at Camp Caswell in Oak Island, and together we’ve been blessed with four beautiful daughters! We moved to Wilmington eight years ago to plant Restoration Church, and we love spending quality time as a family and in community here in our beautiful coastal town.

I’m excited to be part of this incredible team and look forward to continuing to serve our wonderful community!"

Due to hazardous roadways, we have decided that both offices will remain closed for the day.

We plan to reopen in Hampstead and Sneads Ferry at 8am tomorrow, January 24th.

We hope everyone has enjoyed a snow day and you are all staying warm!

Out of an abundance of caution, we will have a delayed opening tomorrow January 23rd. Our schedules will begin at 12pm in both Hampstead and Sneads Ferry.

We understand some roadways may still be unsafe to drive on, if you feel you cannot safely make it to your appointment tomorrow afternoon please call our office to reschedule.

Due to the forecasted snow this afternoon into tomorrow morning both our Hampstead and Sneads Ferry locations will be closed tomorrow, January 22nd.
