🌟 Weekly Caregiver Spotlight 🌟

This week, we are thrilled to feature Jessi, a truly FANTASTIC caregiver and one of New Estuary's newest certified Nurse Aide I's!

Jessi joined the New Estuary team in January, bringing with her a wealth of personal experience, having cared for family members since the age of 15. The perspective gained from working in this field has been incredibly rewarding for her. Jessi has developed a deep passion for providing exceptional care, especially to members of the community who may feel overlooked. In fact, her experience here has been so inspiring that she plans to apply to nursing school next summer!

In her free time, Jessi cherishes every moment spent with her nieces, whom she describes as the lights of her life. She is also deeply committed to her community, volunteering 50 hours a month and enjoying Bible discussions with others. She also loves to travel—this photo was taken during one of her trips to the Baltimore conservatory!

🌟 Weekly Caregiver Spotlight 🌟

Meet Xenia! Although Xenia has only been with us since June, she has been able to make a significant impact on every client she has worked with. She has dedicated several years to caregiving and finds it fulfilling to help others and make positive impacts in their lives. She says that working for New Estuary has been a rewarding experience, and she has enjoyed getting to know and creating bonds with many different clients.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling to the beach when the weather permits and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Fun fact about Xenia is her love for traveling to the Caribbean Islands. In the near future, she plans to pursue a career in nursing and is thankful to New Estuary for giving her the tools and guidance to do so.
