Going beyond a standard Yoga class, this practice weaves together gentle movement with deep nervous system regulation.
We will explore the connection between body and mind, using ancient Yogic tools alongside modern somatic techniques to ensure you feel supported, spacious, and aligned. This class begins on Monday, January 12th, 2026.
Restorative Slow Flow: We move through a gentle, accessible sequence that engages the whole body. While the pace is slow and mindful, the movement is intentional, designed to wake up the muscles while soothing the mind.
Somatic Regulation: To support the nervous system, we integrate specific techniques such as self-lymphatic massage and vagal toning exercises. These practices help signal safety to the body, moving you out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest."
Holistic Integration: The physical practice is deepened with pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mudras. Jennifer also provides curated essential oils and crystals to support your energy and enhance the sensory experience.
