We are proud and humbled to share an exciting new chapter for our family of funeral homes:

Eline Funeral Home has acquired Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, becoming our fourth location serving families in our surrounding communities.

For generations, Burrier-Queen has been a trusted pillar of the Winfield and Sykesville communities, serving families with compassion, dignity, and care. It is truly an honor for our Eline family to continue that legacy while remaining family-owned and operated.

We are especially grateful that directors James Covey and Tyler Moser, along with the additional Burrier-Queen staff, will remain in place and become part of our extended Eline family. Their unwavering dedication to the community and the families they serve is extraordinary!!

A few weeks ago, our teams gathered for a special dinner in the beautiful catering and reception room at Burrier-Queen, sharing a meal and the opportunity to mingle and get to know one another. It was a wonderful evening that reminded us just how special this combined team truly is!

The Eline Funeral Home is impassioned to be one of the oldest family owned and operated funeral homes in the Unites States, still under the same family ownership, since 1863. Six generations later, our family operates three additional funeral homes in Reisterstown, Hampstead and Finksburg, Maryland. With this fourth location, we are honored to carry on the Burrier-Queen name, bringing it under the umbrella of our Eline family of services.

We look forward to honoring the legacy that has made Burrier-Queen so meaningful to this community while continuing to serve families with the same compassion and personal care that define both of our family firms. 🤍 ❤️
