Dear Patients & Friends! As the holidays approach we just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU. We’re so grateful that you chose us to be a part of your care, and it truly means a lot to us to walk alongside you on your journey towards feeling better and moving stronger for almost 20 years! Yes in January it will be our 20th anniversary! We are so proud to have grown with this community and look forward to many more years of exceptional care! Preston “Rusty” Walker, DPT and his wife Tiffany recognized the need for quality physical therapy care in what was then the “small” community of Hampstead. Hampstead Physical Therapy opened its doors in January of 2006 and has helped thousands of people get back to living their functional life! Our individualized patient programs along with our caring environment soon prompted the need for second clinic in Sneads Ferry just two short years later! To continue to serve our patients and provide a convenient location to our beach community, Topsail Physical Therapy was formed in 2017. Yes! We are ONE GREAT company with THREE GREAT locations!

Our goal is to make your physical therapy experience the best it can be. From being greeted at the front with a friendly smile to receiving your treatment from a professional and compassionate physical therapist in a patient centered environment. Additionally, we help you navigate through the constantly changing healthcare system by checking your insurance and getting authorizations!

It is important for us to understand your therapy goals and help you achieve them! The knowledgeable staff at each of the clinics specialize in orthopedic/musculoskeletal physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports medicine, and balance and fall prevention. Post-surgical and post-stroke rehabilitation are also part of our specialty programs. We also offer treatment for neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s Disease. Utilizing evidenced based interventions paired with personalized treatment plans for each individual patient will both relieve pain and restore function. Ask your Doctor about us!
