Our Story

Retreat 339 is Hampton Beach’s resident Yoga & Mindfulness studio. We have a team of passionate yoga teachers who teach public and private All Levels Yoga, including Beach, Studio & Virtual Yoga. Full time schedule May to September. Part time October to April.

Retreat 339 is proudly the 1st & only Yoga & Mindfulness studio in Hampton Beach. Retreat 339 was awarded Best of Hampton Yoga Studio, in 2020, 2019 & 2018 by the Hampton Award Program. We were named a top 10 place to practice yoga in NH, by The Union Leader!
