Here's the affirmation for today. We are over halfway through this month. How are you feeling about this journey? Are you feeling more loving each day as you love your body a little bit more?
This month I am sharing one affirmation each day from Louise Hay's book, "Love Your Body".
In order to harness maximum benefit, the book suggests you read the affirmation 10 times, twice a day. Plus write the affirmation 10 times somewhere in the middle.
We're halfway through this month. How are you feeling about the different parts of you that we have given love to?
