Two years into this journey and I’m still showing up.

Because here’s the truth…
If you want continued results, you sometimes have to up your game.
You have to change the goal, raise the bar, and challenge your body in new ways.

What worked at the beginning won’t always be enough forever and that’s a GOOD thing.
It means you’re stronger.
It means you’ve grown.

How do you like your sweet potato? It wasn’t bad but I can’t see myself choosing a sweet potato either. Adding the sugar and butter would defeat my purpose of trying to eat it to stay in a calorie deficit. Next I’ll try air fried sweet potatoes. But for now I prefer the Asian style cauliflower rice!

Quick treat without the calories! Halve an apple. Core it. Sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg. Pop in air fryer for 12-15 minutes (depends on how soft you want it). Viola you’re still in your calorie deficit and that sweet tooth is curbed! Track it - 75 calories

Never underestimate yourself! My goal weight was 250 pounds l! I’m so glad I kept going! But it was easy because the habits I had started building didn’t leave me feeling like I was deprived. They were sustainable habits that will make it more likely I am able to sustain my weight! You can lose the weight! You just have to want it bad enough!
