Clearing negative thoughts from your mind completely can take some time, but with practice, you can clear your mind once and for all. Here are 3 ways to clear your mind of negative thoughts.

➡️Change your body language.
Improper body language can lower your self-esteem and lead to a lack of confidence. Correct your body language and you will feel much better.
