Where growth, guidance, and connection begin.

At Passion 4 You, we are proud to introduce Therapeutic Mentoring—a supportive, strength-based service designed to help children and adolescents build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and succeed emotionally, socially, and behaviorally.

Our Therapeutic Mentors work one-on-one with youth in real-life settings such as the home, school, and community to support goals identified in their treatment plan. Mentoring focuses on teaching practical life skills while reinforcing positive behaviors and emotional regulation in everyday situations.

Therapeutic Mentoring can help with:

Coping Skill Spotlight: Grounding in Motion

This simple tool may look small, but it carries a big purpose.

The sensory tube you see here is a coping mechanism used to support emotional regulation, grounding, and stress reduction. By gently shaking and watching the glitter settle, individuals are encouraged to slow their breathing, focus their attention, and bring their body back to the present moment.

✨ Benefits include:
• Reducing anxiety and overwhelm
• Supporting emotional regulation
• Improving focus and impulse control
• Offering a calming alternative to reactive behaviors

Tools like this are especially helpful for children and adolescents who may struggle to verbalize their emotions. Sometimes, regulation comes before conversation.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Openings Available

Passion 4 You, LLC is now accepting referrals for both age tracks of our Children & Adolescent Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program located in Hartfield, VA.

Our IOP provides structured, therapeutic group services designed to help youth improve:
• Emotional regulation
• Coping skills
• Anxiety & depression symptoms
• School and behavior challenges
• Family communication
• Peer interaction and social skills

We offer:
• Age-specific groups (6–12 & 13–17)
• Licensed & qualified mental health clinicians
• Family support and weekly updates
• Coordination with schools
• Evidence-based curriculum
• Transportation support available (Medicaid eligible)
