Pause before you react because you’re never upset for the reasons you think anyway. And by the time you’re really upset, you may take it all out on the one person who didn’t deserve it.

In life, you will encounter difficult people who make it hard to love them. However, once you realize that they are really calling for love, you can love them….even if it’s at a distance. But it’s a skill to master and one that many people avoid.
