Our team was super excited to celebrate ! Spirit Week was created to strengthen team building, boost staff morale, and add a little fun to the workplace. It is held annually during the week of Halloween. Each day highlights a unique theme paired with a group activity. Till next year! 🎃👻

Last evening the Griffin Judicial Circuit Domestic Violence Task Force and Promise Place hosted their annual Candlelight Vigil at the Park at Sixth in Griffin. Community members came together to remember Georgians who have lost their lives as a result of domestic violence in 2024. Special thanks to April W. Ross, Executive Director of the Georgia Commission on Family Violence for sharing her amazing story of survival. We were honored to be in attendance and share information about our agency. 💜

Thank you to the City of Locust Grove - City Hall and Locust Grove Police Department for inviting us out to the Stopping Domestic Violence Panel Discussion held last Thursday evening. It was an informative, eye-opening, and a very much needed discussion about domestic violence in our community.

Please join us this evening at the CCPD Faith and Blue Open House. As an active member of the , SCSAC-CAC will be there to share information about our agency as well as host an information/registration table for those interested in joining the Task Force. We will also hold a Candlelight Vigil for Victims of Domestic Violence.💜 We heard there will be FREE BLUE BELL ICE CREAM, while supplies last. We hope to see you there!!
