Tomorrow (Tuesday, April 28) at CrossFit Fort Monroe we’re back for Bench Press Week 13… which means controlled reps, building strength, and then 👀… a max effort moment where things get very real, very fast.
Then… surprise 🎉 we keep the shoulder party going. Think fast rounds, jumping, pressing, and that special kind of burn where your arms just… stop listening.
