It starts tomorrow!!
📢 FREE CLASSES — 7AM & 9AM

We’ve got a partner workout lined up that’s all about teamwork, high-fives, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

It’s fun. It’s fast. It’s the perfect intro for new faces and a great time for our regular crew.

Let’s pack the house and kick off Community Week the right way!

COMMUNITY WEEK is almost here! We're kicking off spring break with a FREE week of fun, family, and FITNESS at CrossFit Fort Monroe.

Join us April 4th-11th for raffle prizes, and membership giveaways. Each day we will host 1 hour, beginner friendly workouts. Classes are offered at 5am/6am/7am/9:30am 4pm/5:15pm/6:30pm. Multiple classes are offered on weekends too!

Alongside the prizes and giveaways, we will be hosting a fundraiser for a longtime community member recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. To respect the family's privacy, we cannot share many details at this time. We can share that the treatment must be quick and aggressive with lengthy hospital stays and extended travel. The cost of lodging and advance medical treatment has created a significant financial strain. More details to follow about the fundraiser will be released next week.

We look forward to finishing out community week with a Saturday morning Group photo with members alongside their pups to be featured in the 2027 Fort Monroe Calendar.

We’re closing out the week with Deadlifts — because nothing says Friday like picking heavy things up and putting them down with authority.

Then we’ve got a couple of fast, punchy rounds waiting for you. Think bike, barbell, and just enough intensity to make you second guess that “I’ll pace it” strategy about 30 seconds in. 😆

Tomorrow we’re kicking things off with Push Jerks — smooth dips, strong drives, and that moment where you commit and hope everything goes exactly as planned.😏

Then we roll into a repeatable sprint-style workout. There’s running, there’s some upside-down pressing, and there’s just enough rest to make you think, “Okay I’ve recovered”… right before you absolutely haven’t.

Happy April Fools’ Day! Don’t worry… we promise we’re not trying to trick you.
(That would be unethical… we just let the workouts do that naturally.)

Tomorrow we’ve got a descending situation that looks friendly on paper and then very quickly turns into “oh… this is happening.” Expect some jumping rope, some single-arm leg work, and a whole lot of “just keep moving.”

Then we’ll finish things off with a carry that builds character… and possibly a deep emotional connection with the ground when you set it down.

We’re starting the day with Bench Press — building that upper body strength so pushing things (and people… kidding 😆) gets a whole lot easier.

Then we’ve got a little interval-style situation waiting for you. Expect some upside-down moments, some core action, and a movement that will have you jumping and turning like you suddenly joined a fitness circus.

Short bursts, quick rest, and just enough time to convince yourself you’re ready for the next round… whether you are or not.

Keep showing up, keep getting stronger.

New week, fresh start… and we’re kicking it off with Back Squats. Because nothing wakes you up like a barbell on your back and your legs immediately filing a complaint.

After that, grab a partner — you’ll be rotating through a little run + bodyweight combo that keeps things moving the whole time. One of you works, one of you “rests”… and by rests we mean breathing aggressively and preparing for your turn. 😆

Today our community supported the moms to be with a fun partner workout. We laughed, lifted, and even learned how to breathe during a contraction :)

Friday, March 27 — Finish Strong (or at Least Finish 😅🔥)

We’re closing out deload week with Deadlifts — because nothing says “easy week” like picking weight up off the floor… repeatedly.

We’ll also spend a little time working on muscle ups — whether you’re flying over the bar or just working the pieces, we’re getting better today.

Then there’s a short, spicy finisher waiting for you. It involves a barbell, getting up and down off the floor, and that special kind of pacing strategy that starts as a plan and quickly turns into “just keep moving.” 😆

It’s quick, it’s punchy, and it’s the perfect way to roll into the weekend.
