Milly In Motion is honored to share that we received the Unity Advancement Award at the 2026 Unity Awards Ceremony, on Friday 13th. This recognition reflects the strength, dedication, and unity of our adaptive athletes who inspire us, and the trainers and supporters who help to make inclusion possible in our community. We’re grateful for the moments that were captured and for the opportunity to celebrate this milestone. Thank you so much to the Citizens’ Unity Commission for believing in this mission.

⭐⭐FEATURING MIGHTY ATHLETE - DANIEL, 41⭐⭐

Daniel Gunn is a disability rights activist who always looks out for those in his community. Daniel has a wide range of interests and skills from making his own fishing lures to being extremely knowledgeable on wrestling and classic rock bands. He's always ready with a fun fact and will bond with anybody who’s friendly and enthusiastic about any of his hobbies. He's recently been inspired by an online fitness influencer with a disability and is ready to start his fitness journey! He's hoping to build up his stamina and body strength while also focusing on learning martial arts to help with meditation. He wouldn't mind shedding a few pounds too!

Milly In Motion is THRILLED to announce its newest Provider partnership with GYMGUYZ, Williamsburg! Introducing, adaptive trainer and General Manager, Cheryl Ghee. Please help us in welcoming her and her team!

Cheryl is a certified ACSM Inclusive Fitness Specialist, an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer, and an ACTION Certified Group Fitness Trainer. She also holds a master's degree in special education.
