Grab Your Passport Iceland this month had us trying Vinarterta, a Celebration Cake made of a prune compote and biscuit cookie layers. Sounded interesting, and tasted incredible! The residents loved it and asked for it to made again at some point!

There is something magical about Halloween that brings out the kid in each of us. It could be seeing a funny hat, enjoying the candy treats, laughter when we look at each other, or just spending time together. I am so grateful each October that I get to celebrate with these wonderful friends.
