You made it — and today we finish strong 💪🏾✨
This is a 12-minute full-body AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible).
One round =
• 10 Squats
• 8 Push-Ups (knees or wall)
• 10 Reverse Lunges (5 each leg)
• 12 Glute Bridges
• 20 Mountain Climbers (10 each side)
Repeat the round for 12 minutes, at your pace.
Rest when needed. Modify without guilt. Quality over speed.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up.
