Baltimore County is funding the expansion of “memory cafés” in an effort to reduce social isolation among people with memory loss.

We are officially recruiting for our 2026 cohort of VAFARMS! VAFARMS is a compensated work therapy program focused on sustainable agriculture. The program runs from mid-March to late October. Veterans work and learn at our farm for 2 days a week with the support of vocational rehabilitation case managers, therapists, and peer support specialists.
