The holidays can be warm and joyful — but they can also be stressful, emotional, or overwhelming for many people. If this season feels heavy, you are not alone.

A few gentle reminders:

• It’s okay if your family isn’t perfect
• Gratitude and difficult emotions can coexist
• Boundaries are there to protect your peace
• You don’t have to force happiness
• Taking a break from the crowd is perfectly fine

Paying attention to the signs of mental health challenges is crucial, as early recognition can lead to timely support and recovery. Some common signs include withdrawing from loved ones, noticeable mood changes, persistent sadness, changes in sleep or appetite, and difficulty focusing. Knowing these signs helps us care not only for ourselves but also for those around us.

Spiritual
