I have officially chosen my word for 2026 and it is VISIBILITY.

Not visible as in a "Look at me! Look at how awesome I am." kind of visible, but the kind that says, "This is me showing up, not polished, not perfect, but me." I want to reach the people who see themselves in my words. Who see a post, a reel or a video and feel as though someone gets them and that they're not alone. My mission this year is to be seen and heard so that you feel seen and heard. That has always been what my work has been about. To make people feel less alone and more understood.
