I have officially chosen my word for 2026 and it is VISIBILITY.

Not visible as in a "Look at me! Look at how awesome I am." kind of visible, but the kind that says, "This is me showing up, not polished, not perfect, but me." I want to reach the people who see themselves in my words. Who see a post, a reel or a video and feel as though someone gets them and that they're not alone. My mission this year is to be seen and heard so that you feel seen and heard. That has always been what my work has been about. To make people feel less alone and more understood.

On November 13th I suffered a heart attack. One of the main arteries to my heart was 90% blocked. Let's just say I'm lucky to be here writing this post. I had a stent put in and I'm going to be fine, but it was a scary experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. I have a few months of cardiac rehab ahead of me and some healthy changes that need to be made but overall things are good. During my time in the hospital I came up with a few lessons I've learned through all of this. I wanted to share them here from my heart to yours. ❤️‍🩹 P.S. if you notice something's not right with your body, please go get it checked out ASAP. It could save your life!
